This morning session will begin with Mantra and a short talk and be followed by a detailed practice of Pranayama & Kriya. The second half of the practice will be dedicated to Asanas which help to liberate and open the breath by freeing the diaphragm and stabilizing the Breath/Bandhas to create pain free backbends. Special attention will be given to detailed refinements of the Solar Pranayamas and clarity in backbends in this session!
