The four steps to meditation taught by Patañjali in the first part of his Yoga Sūtra can be considered a safe ladder to the experience of samādhi.

Focusing on a gross object, a subtle object, the experience of inner bliss and the awareness of one’s own being can teach us how to work with inner focus while keeping a sense of gentleness and delight.

This workshop is aimed to strengthen focus and regain access to inner contentment in meditation.
