Meditation is a natural state. The practices we learn are used to make the experience more regular and repeatable, mastering how to seize and nurture this state.

In this workshop we will approach the practice of meditation as we would a relationship of love, with passionate enthusiasm but also gradually, facing each obstacle we may encounter.

The aim is to understand the mechanisms that stop us from quieting the mind. The space within teaches us to live with awareness.
