Settling the prāṇa in meditation is a major aspect to quiet the mind and deepen one’s meditation practice.

In this session we will focus on simple tools to play with breath and soften the inner body. A more “masculine” approach will teach us to keep a steady focus on the breath throughout the practice. A more “feminine” approach will instruct us on expanding the inner body through gentle breath practice.
