This session will begin with Mantra and a short talk and be followed by a practice dedicated a special Asana sequence which helps to open the breath (freeing the hips using a “Supine Hip Sequence”). This helps to improve the ease and stability of the “seat” and the ease of breath and meditation! The second half of the practice will be a long Pranayama practice and  closing in guided Dharana (Concentration technique). Special attention will be given to detailed refinements of the Lunar Pranayamas and techniques  to sit more comfortably!
